This law firm represents the International Association for the Advancement of the Science of Creative Intelligence, Maharishi International University, Maharishi Vedic University, World Plan Executive Counsel, and International Film and Tape Library (collectively, the “Maharishi Audio Library”).  The Maharishi Audio Library owns the copyrights in and to the sound recordings and compositions of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi. 

 

We are writing to you about your website with published sound recordings of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi found online at https://vinyasi.info/Maharishi-Mahesh-Yogi/.  By publishing these audio recordings without authorization, you are infringing Maharishi Audio Library’s copyrights.  You  have no lawful right to publish Maharishi Mahesh Yogi’s sound recordings, and therefore, we must insist that you remove immediately these sound recordings from your website. 

 

My client regards this as a very serious matter.  We insist on your immediate cooperation else we will be forced to pursue all legal remedies available to us under the law.  

 

We expect your response to these demands by May 16, 2019.
