Shoot this down if you like, 'cuz I'm a non-plussed self-promoter... What if a conventional Tesla coil is a further development of three out of the four parts of an electro-mechanical, watt-hour meter, namely its: voltage and current coils (the Tesla primary and secondary), its spinning aluminum disk (the loaded output terminal on top), and its braking magnet (the air surrounding the load engulfed with sparking action)? What if Tesla's Special Generator (TSG) is a slight deviation with a vast improvement over the watt-hour meter by de-magnetizing its braking magnet (a modification of the watt-hour meter moving toward the fourth part of a TSG), and surrounding it with a coil which feeds a load (part five of TSG which is missing from the watt meter)? And what if the de-magnetized braking magnet is enlarged to any size without restraint? This massive amount of iron now parallels the hull of German Electro-U Boats secretly used during WWII which had a purported range of 30K miles according to William Lyne in his book, "Pentagon Aliens", pages 283-286. The watt-hour meter's avoidance of the use of a spark gap and capacitor, although common to the Tesla coil, is probably two more reasons why the watt-hour meter fails to achieve the reported output of a TSG. Standard textbooks on the watt-hour meter informs us that without the braking magnet, the aluminum disk will accelerate to infinity. And anything which slows something else down has to be absorbing energy from that something else. Hence, we'd better make that braking magnet as large as we can, and also de-magnetize it, or else first it, followed by the aluminum disk, will *not* achieve maximum energy output as Tesla's Special (Tri-Metal: aluminum, copper and iron) Generator is capable of. You won't find TSG in any available patent, nor its principles of operation gracing the pages of any electrical engineering textbook. Only stories, and rare at that, from old timers who tell a tale of a patent - among the 550 of Tesla's other patents - locked up under tightened security surrounding its TOP SECRET highly classified status. So, I'm free to speculate and dream what it must have been like to discern how it operates. . . . . . http://tinyURL.com/5stepteslacoil or http://tinyURL.com/5-step-tesla-coil
