Eisenhower's, ... beware of the military-industrial-complex" ... refers to Exxon Oil leaning on him to lean on the Premiere of Canada (at the time) to suppress a bunch of scientists who were about to go to market with their overunity invention. JFK was to have a meeting with them, but died a month before their appointment.

These scientists were associated with a Canadian company known, then as now, as: AVRO who had also been entrusted with certain Nazi flying saucer technology at the close of WWII.
